Colonial Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Colonial Golf Course first opened for play in 1995. Golf Course Architect, Lester George designed the course. Early in the design process, George enlisted the assistance of PGA Touring Professional Robert Wrenn as design consultant. With their experience and expertise combined, George and Wrenn were able to deliver a course that is not only beautiful and challenging, but one that also has the flexibility to be played from multiple sets of tees, making it negotiable and fun for all.

This course had been in our frequent rotation for a semi-annual golf trip. The last time two times we went, the conditions had deteriorated to the point that they would have to give us free rounds to get us back. It is a pretty course, but has seen an obvious cutback in maintenance.
